Is the quote really free?
Yes. We visit the site, measure up and send a written, fixed-price quote at no cost and with no obligation.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. Your written quote is the price you pay. It only changes if you change the plan, and we agree any change in writing first.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Our architects draw the plans, we file the permit applications and book every inspection.
How do payments work?
You pay a small deposit, then in stages as each stage is finished and checked. You never pay far ahead of the work on site.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed general contractors with full liability insurance, and we give a written warranty on every job.
Can we stay at home during the work?
In most cases, yes. We plan the work in zones, keep a kitchen and a bathroom working and clean up every evening.
